As a Precision Care Club Member, you are given top priority. Your need has precedence over non-member's service calls. This applies to both routine and emergency calls.
2. Great Discounts
You will receive a 5% or 10% discount on any heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical repairs as long as your club membership remains effective. New HVAC equipment, tankless water heaters and electrical panel installations will receive a 5% discount plus any eligible rebates with all plans. The COZY Plan will receive a 5% discount on any heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical repairs and LUV and TLC programs receive a 10% discount.
Your technician is not only trained to take care of your equipment, they are trained to take care of you and your home. Our technicians are drug tested and background checked. First rate providers are all we will allow into your home.

5. Transferable membership
Your club membership can be transferred to your new home within our service area.
6. Extended Warranties
Keeping your agreement continuously active will also extend our standard one year warranty to two years of coverage for you, our most valued customers. DRAINS INCLUDED! The cost of drain clearing on reoccurring clogged drains that require re-piping will be credited to the re-piping job.

9. No Dispatch or Emergency Service Fees
All $59/$69 dispatch fees will be waived for all club members. Emergencies happen during all times of the day or night. Call us without any additional charges. You will receive the same quality service as always but pay only from the standard pricing menu.
10. On-Going Safety Inspections
Your peace-of-mind is our goal. We will assess your home's systems to ensure they are in a safe operating condition. You'll receive a detailed report of our findings and we'll explain any concerns. We'll alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems.
