These folks are great! Every step was professional and well done. John let me kids watch as he cut and fit the new drain pipe and they are still talking about how cool it was and his neat tools. Excellent job by Aaron Q. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. All appears to work as promised. Slightly expensive but, if works as promised together with the parts and labor warranty, should be worth it.

Precision responded to a leak in my bathroom very quickly. John Kelly diagnosed the cause and fixed it in about an hour. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer.

The people at Precision Plumbing & Heating are wonderful. Our furnace decided to give up the ghost in November during the week my husband was hospitalized for major surgery. Terrible timing, to say the least. And it was additionally challenging financially due to all the medical bills. Precision are great to work with. technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and on time. they were great. i can't recommend them highly enough. when we had a problem they came out the same day - on a sunday! They are the best.

We had a great experience with Aaron Hill @ Precision. We had issues with water backing up in our basement and in the process discovered that we didn't have any real working clean-outs. We had a few different companies come out to give us bids and try to scope our line. Aaron was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly person we found. He gave us options and different scenarios so we could decide what we wanted to do. I never felt that I was being "sales-pitched" by him, which has been a huge red flag for me in the past with some companies. He got the job done well and quickly and was great to work with.

As a retired commercial facility planner, I have worked with numerous plumbing and electrical contractors in a commercial context. Upon being awarded a bid, they usually perform professionally within the guidelines of their agreement. In the residential market however, it is often difficult to find a reasonable, reliable and ethical plumber, especially one who pays close attention to detail and INSISTS upon follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction AFTER completion. This has been my experience with Dave C. at Precision Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. We needed immediate replacement for a burst water tank. I contacted four contractors. I asked each to compare replacement costs for both tank and tank-less solutions. Only Dave C. from Precision bothered to ask detailed questions in order to determine PRECISELY what options might BEST meet our expectations. By the time we finished evaluating quotes from each contractor, it was evening and we had no running water in the house. Upon reaching a decision to use Precision, Dave C. returned THAT NIGHT and immediately set about emergency measures to ensure we, at least, had running water until the next morning. The following morning, Dave C. arrived promptly, despite blizzard weather conditions, with the necessary equipment and a second plumber, Dave D., who had driven his service truck down from Loveland to help with the installation. The installation involved removal of two old tanks, retrofitting with a single high efficiency tank and a recirculation pump to deliver hot water quickly on demand throughout the house. The two plumbers worked tirelessly, over 12 hours without a break for lunch or supper to complete the installation. When completed, Dave C. detected my disappointed with the result in relationship to cost. Delivery of hot water was still slow. However, they had done their work professionally and delivered as agreed. It just didn’t meet my expectation. The next morning Dave C. called to see if our morning showers were satisfactory. Sadly, we remained somewhat disappointed with the speed of hot water delivery. Dave C. arranged to come on his own time that same day and, at his own expense, spent several more hours reworking the plumbing in the crawl space to improve hot water delivery. That did improve the situation considerably, yet we later discovered a noise in a valve he had installed. Dave C. cheerfully returned again and replaced the valve at no additional charge. At that time, he identified a potential issue with the emergency shut-offs near that valve, but unrelated to his installation. He graciously replaced them and also rebuilt the sink faucet there as well. I feel the service of Precision Plumbing, Heating & Electrical goes well above and beyond expectation. After adjustments were made, Jeremy, the plumbing supervisor, called to ask if he and Dave C. could stop-by together to review, inspect and offer advice subsequent to this installation. I agreed and found their follow-up to be thorough and recommendations extremely useful. I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing, Heating & Electrical, and especially Dave C. and Dave D. as a first-rate team of professionals. They will continue to be my contractor of choice moving forward.

Your service is great but I and most of the neighbors in my area can not afford your price rates

Brian came on schedule, identified the problem quickly, and fixed it at no charge. He was cheerful and efficient and even gave this old lady a hug. I'd like to add that I have called on Precision several times and have always been pleased with the result.

I just moved into my house in Denver and could tell right away that there was an issue with the furnace short-cycling. I found Precision Plumbing & Heating only because their phone number was on my thermostate and boy am I glad that it was. I was thrilled with the company from my forst phone call. I needed and inspection of the furnace and obvious repairs, during the call to set up my appointment I was offered a service plan that gave me a 15% discount on all repairs, an inspection and cleaning of my furnace and in the spring of my central air, absolves me of after hour fees, moves me to the front of the list if I have an issue with anything at my home and all this at a price that was a fraction of what I would be paying for the inspection of my furnace and central air if I paid for these services separately. The gentlemen that came out to my house, Greg Rodrigeuz, was very polite, incredibly knowledgeable and observant. He noticed that an issue that was on my list to address, a gas line that was not capped, and offered to cap it for me, saving me the trip to the hardware store. I am very pleased with the service from Precision Plumbing & Heating and I look forward to working with Greg in the future. I can confidently recommend this company to my friends out here in Denver.

Brian called my home just before he arrived which I appreciated. He arrived within the time frame for the appointment. He was very friendly and courteous and wore his shoe covers to protect my floors, also appreciated. He brought everything needed to complete the service. Everything was installed quickly and efficiently and he cleaned up before he left. He was also kind enough to check something that I had not scheduled for. We enjoyed nice conversation while he was doing his work. I was very satisfied with the work that he did and I would refer your company to others. Always great service people and jobs well done!.
