John K. came to repair a sewer leak in my basement. I was so impressed with him that I also had him replace my water heater and install a water purification system. What impressed me about John was his skill and professionalism, his conscientiousness, his enthusiasm and courtesy, his readiness to explain things to me and answer my questions, and his very pleasant demeanor.

Within an hour, everything restored to working order and we had a pleasant conversation while he was working. My German Shorthair Pointer was throughly entertained. Brian McNamara did a great job today! I really didn't expect Precision to be able to do my repair since it wasn't urgent, just annoying (my smoke alarms kept going off, all of them, over and over, and could not be shut down. My dogs were going nuts!). Brian was knowledgable and offered me a variety of choices and price points to solve the problem. He explained all his work, was cheerful and even loved my dogs! I would even ask for him by name the next time we need repairs or installations. Outstanding among all the other great technitions we've had over the years. PS. Did you know that you should vaccum your smoke alarms so that dust doesn't trigger a false alarm?

Dave was completely open about his approach to investigate and solve our plumbing problem, offering us options along the way, and advising us what he would chose, based on his breadth of experience. We were able to save money, even though our plumbing issue was pretty extreme.

Byron was out technician for installing two new HVAC units, two water heaters, and two humidifiers. We was outstanding. His expertise in choosing the correct units for our needs was perfect. He was considerate, respectful, and timely. As an example my second installation was on a Monday morning. I needed to leave right at 8:00 to make a meeting at work. Byron ensured he was on time even though his morning meeting went longer than anticipated. I haven't had one issue with any of the 6 units installed. I highly recommend Byron and Precision

Our hot water heater went out, of course after normal business hours. It is freezing out, and we needed hot water! I called Precision Plumbing and they had someone out in less that 2 hours. John Kelly, came out and fixed the water heater. He also brought an electrical issue to my attention that had impacted the hot water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and was also a family man, which we like since we have kids running around. This was the 3rd time in the last year that we have needed a Plumber and each time Precision sent out a very professional clean cut plumber. All of the plumbers wore shoe covers and were very clean neat and tidy. 5 Stars for sure! And request John K if you can!

When our 10 year old Trane furnace failed to operate properly and 4 very knowledgeable technicians from Precision failed to identify the problem, Precision replaced the whole furnace with a comparable American Standard furnace, all without being asked to do so. That type of integrity is hard to find. This company and its technicians are very reliable, knowledgeable and committed to providing the highest quality service.

Tyler was timely, friendly, efficient, reassuring, and pleasant to work with. We re very happy with his work unclogging our kitchen sink and installing new kitchen sink fixtures, garbage disposal, and hot water dispenser. He even tracked down our fixtures and got them sent by courier so the whole job was finished in one afternoon.

We have been working with Greg on service issues with our heating unit and he is always very professional and on time for our appointments. He is an expert in his field and does a great job explaining the issues. He always takes his time and is never in a rush. He has a genuine concern for solving the problem and we would highly recommend him.

We were very happy with the service that Byron provided. Our water heater and furnace both needed to be replaced do to their age. Byron call just before he came, arrive on time, and got right to work. He was generous in answering all of our many questions. Before he left he reviewed what had been done and explained how to use the new thermostat. He was always polite, professional, and put the customer first.

Greg came out. Called before arriving, walked me through his inspection of my furnace, explained what was wrong, showed me the broken part and was overall very friendly. He stayed until he knew everything was fine, which was an added 10 mins of hanging around just to be sure I was satisfied.

Aaron Q and Paul C. are the greatest technicians! We had major work done on plumbing and heating in our house last week and these guys are the best! They did an inspection, gave us several options for repair and did outstanding work. They were very knowledgeable about the products and maintenance and couldn't have been nicer (to our dog and cat as well as us!). Aaron Q. and Paul C. are the greatest!! We had many repairs done and these guys were fabulous! Knowledgeable, kind, funny, professional are just a few descriptors. We had a new hot water heater installed, new toilets, new thermostat, leaks fixed. We feel like we have a new house! Kudos to these two. They were wonderful!

Byron S. recently replaced my antiquated heating system with a more modern version. It was a tough installation given that my townhouse has a small utility closet, and required a fair amount of ingenuity on Bryon's part to fit the heater/humidifier into the space. He did a great job, and carefully explained how the system operated under a variety of circumstances (heating in winter; house fan in summer). I thought that the cost was somewhat high compared to what I had thought such a system should cost, but having a reliable heater is well worth it. Also, Paul (L., I think) installed a new water heater a few days earlier, after my 15-year old tank sprang a leak. He also did an excellent job, again given the cramped quarters in my utility closet. Paul explained a number of things to me concerning the water heater setup that I hadn't realized before, including the existence of a recessed drain that was designed to allow the tank pan to empty into the sewer system (rather than over my basement utility room). Again, good job!

I went to Denver's A-list.com and found the company. My wife made the call and was very pleased with the customer service received from Spirit. The technician arrived 3 hours early and really helped us out of a tough situation. I will definitely call Precision Plumbing & Heating in the future.

Great company !

Dave has done several plumbing jobs for us. He is honest about what work is needed and what isn't. His work is excellent and he is a pleasure to deal with.

Although great service and a skilled and personable employee, the costs are quite high. $1100+ for 3 hours of a plunber and $50 of materials. That's over $375 per hour for a plumber. Will have to use somebody else next time, just due to cost.

Paul was very professional and very personable. We actually enjoyed having him in our home and trusted his explanations and options. His work was very good, and our home feels more secure now just from the little fixes he made for us. The appointments were always within schedule, too. How often does that happen these days?
